Detailed instructions:
Complete one intake form for each title to be placed on Reserve. Please include all information requested on the form. One form is needed per item unless more than one copy of the item will be placed on Reserve for the same class with the same loan period. Bring the material and the completed form to the library Circulation Desk.

Instructors must have a library card to place material on Reserve. Please have your library card handy to complete the Intake form.

Reserve material takes a minimum of 48 hours (M-F) processing time. Please expect 72 hours minimum processing time during busy times at the beginning of each semester.

If the instructor expects to use the material each semester or each year, then we prefer to have the material remain on indefinite reserve. Indefinite reserve material will be reviewed every two years.
